Deep/Spring Cleaning

Are you dreading deep cleaning your home? We can’t blame you! For most people, a deep spring cleaning is an incredibly daunting task. It involves much more than a basic cleaning, meaning you’ll be spending LOTS of time locating the small areas that haven’t been touched in years.   • We remove rugs, garbage cans, toilets scrubbers, and plunger outside of bathroom to thoroughly clean underneath.
  • Dust cobwebs from top to bottom.
  • Clean interior windows and windowsills.
  • Lighting fixtures are dusted and cleaned.
  • Mirror is cleaned.
  • Countertop is wiped down and knickknacks are picked up and put back neatly.
  • Sink, faucet, and handles are cleaned and dried.
  • Outlets and switches are handwiped.
  • Walls and doors are cleaned as we go.
  • Exterior of cabinets and handles are wiped down.
  • Shower/tub is cleaned from top to bottom. Shower doors and tracks given extra attention.
  • Shower/tub drain is cleaned and polished.
  • Polish shower faucets and heads.
  • Dry shower walls/tub and floor.
  • Toilet is thoroughly cleaned from front to back, inside and out.
  • Towel hangers hanging on wall including toilet paper dispensers are wiped down and polished.
  • Base boards are hand cleaned.
  • Wipe down all items on floor, plunger, garbage can, etc.
  • Fold and hang all towels.
  • Remove garbage bag and replace with new.
  • All items previously removed are placed back neatly.
  • Vacuum and mop floor.
  • Vacuum rugs and put them back where they were found.
  • Lock all windows, turn off lights.
  • We remove rugs and garbage cans to thoroughly clean underneath.
  • Interior of fridge and oven are cleaned upon request. (Please set up procedure with office)
  • Dust cobwebs from top to bottom.
  • Clean windows and windowsills. Windows are opened to clean as well.
  • Handwipe all outlets and switches.
  • Clean vent hood.
  • Doors and walls are cleaned as we go.
  • Take out garbage and recycling. Replace garbage bag.
  • Wipe down garbage bin and recycle bin.
  • Wipe down outside of cabinets, and handles.
  • Clean back splash.
  • Clean all countertop surfaces, lift knickknacks, and wipe underneath. Place knickknacks back where they were found.
  • Exterior of all appliances are cleaned and polished. (Oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee make, dishwasher, stovetop.)
  • Sink, faucet, and handle are cleaned and wiped dry.
  • Dishes are washed. (Please set up procedure with office.)
  • Sink is cleaned and dried out.
  • Vacuum floor and rugs.
  • Mop floor.
  • Replenish pet’s water bowl.
  • Place rugs, garbage bin and recycle bin back where it was found.
  • Windows closed and locked.
  • Lights are tuned off.
  • Laundry is done upon request. (Please set up procedure with office.)
  • We remove rugs and garbage cans to thoroughly clean underneath.
  • Dust cobwebs from top to bottom.
  • Interior windows and sills are cleaned. Windows are opened to clean as well.
  • Ceiling fans and light fixtures are dusted and hand wiped.
  • All furniture Is dusted and wiped down.
  • All upholstered furniture is vacuumed with appropriate vacuum attachment.
  • Pet beds and pet cages are vacuumed out.
  • All outlets and switches are hand wiped.
  • Doors and walls are cleaned as we go.
  • Linens are changed, bed is made. (Please set up procedure with office.)
  • Pillows are fluffed and neatly arranged.
  • Picture frames are dusted.
  • Dust/vacuum underneath all furniture. (If accessible to cleaner)
  • Extra blankets folded and neatly put away.
  • Closets are dusted, vacuumed and tidied up.
  • Trash is taken out and new garbage bag is placed.
  • Trash been is wiped down.
  • General straightening.
  • Area rugs are vacuumed.
  • Vacuum/mop floors.
  • Place all items back into the room. Garbage can and area rugs.
  • Lock all windows, turn off lights.
  • Laundry is done upon request. (Please set up procedure with office.)
  • We remove area rugs and garbage cans to thoroughly clean underneath.
  • Dust cobwebs from top to bottom.
  • Interior windows and sills are cleaned. Windows are opened to be cleaned as well.
  • Ceiling fans and lighting fixtures are dusted and hand wiped.
  • Vents that are reachable without getting on a ladder, are cleaned and wiped down.
  • Picture frames are dusted.
  • All furniture is dusted and hand wiped.
  • Upholstered furniture is vaccumed with appropriate vacuum attachment.
  • Stairs are vacuumed with appropriate attachment and then mopped.
  • Pet beds and pet cages are vacuumed out.
  • All outlets and switches are hand wiped.
  • Doors and walls are cleaned as we go.
  • Couch cushions are fluffed and straightened out.
  • Extra blankets are folded and straightened out.
  • All furniture is dusted/vacuumed underneath. (If accessible)
  • All countertop surfaces are cleaned and knickknacks are lifted up and placed back neatly.
  • Railings are dusted and hand wiped.
  • Baseboards are hand wiped.
  • Take out trash/recycling, replace bag.
  • Wipe down trash/recycling bin.
  • Lanais are swept and dusted. (Please set up procedure with office.)
  • Large area rugs are vacuumed.
  • Vacuum/mop all floors.
  • Replenish pets water bowls.
  • Place back area rugs where they were found.
  • Make sure pets are where they need to be with water.
  • General straightening.
  • Conduct a walkthrough of the home before locking up.
  • Rearm home security and lock up.
