Re-Occurring House Cleaning
Once Supreme Clean has finished your initial deep/spring clean, you are ready to schedule a regular maintenance clean. We like to keep the same cleaner with the same home so that way we remember your personal cleaning preferences and provide the best results each time.
Depending on the frequency of service, we will have a checklist to make sure to alternate cleaning duties!
- Dust cobwebs from top to bottom.
- Clean interior windows and sills.
- Clean mirror.
- Clean countertop.
- Wipe down sink faucet and handles, rinse out sink and dry.
- Dust outlets and switches.
- Wipe down outside of cabinets and handles.
- Clean out shower/tub.
- Clean toilet front to back and inside.
- Take out garbage and replace bags.
- Fold and hang towels.
- Vacuum and mop floors.
- We lock all windows and turn off lights.
- Interior of fridge and oven are cleaned upon request. (Please set up procedure with office)
- Dust cobwebs from top to bottom.
- Clean interior windows and sills.
- Wipe down vent hood.
- Dust all outlets and switches.
- Take out garbage and recycling. Replace garbage bag.
- Wipe down garbage bin and recycle bin.
- Wipe down outside of cabinets and handles.
- Clean back splash.
- Wipe down countertops.
- Wipe down exterior of appliances and polish.
- Wash dishes in sink, dry and put away.
- Rinse out sink and dry.
- Vacuum rugs and floor.
- Mop floor.
- Replenish pet’s water bowl.
- Close and lock windows.
- Turn off lights.
- Laundry is done upon request. (Please set up procedure with office.)
- Dust cobwebs from top to bottom.
- Clean interior windows and sills.
- Clean mirror.
- Clean countertop surfaces.
- Dust outlets and switches.
- Dust ceiling fan and light fixture.
- Vacuum upholstered furniture and pet beds.
- Change linens on bed. Take dirty linens to laundry room. (Set up procedure with office)
- Fluff pillows and make bed neatly.
- Fold any extra blankets.
- Tidy closet area.
- Vacuum all area rugs.
- Vacuum/mop floor.
- Lock all windows, turn off lights.
- Laundry is done upon request. (Please set up procedure with office.)
- Dust cobwebs from top to bottom.
- Clean interior windows and sills.
- Dust ceiling fans and lighting fixtures.
- Vacuum any upholstered furniture with appropriate attachment.
- Stairs are vacuumed with appropriate attachment and then mopped.
- Pet beds are vacuumed.
- Dust all outlets and switches.
- Fluff all couch cushions and straighten them out.
- Fold any extra blankets and straighten them out.
- All countertop surfaces are cleaned.
- Dust railings.
- Take out trash and replace garbage bag.
- Lanai is swept and dusted.
- Vacuum all area rugs.
- Vacuum all floor surfaces and mop.
- Replenish pets water bowls.
- Make sure pets are where they need to be with water.
- General straightening.
- Rearm home security and lock up.
